15 Day Return Policy: 

All of our blank supplies and equipments (except ink, software and printer) go through thorough quality control procedures before it leaves our warehouse. If after you receive your heat press you decide it’s just not the right fit for you and would like to exchange it for another model we will gladly exchange it for you. If however you would like a credit instead, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. All returned products must be in new condition meaning that the product has not been installed or altered and is in the same condition as it was when it was received. Additionally, you would be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs on the returned item. Actual shipping costs will be charged from products eligible for free shipping offers. All custom made or the machine is altered from original status base on customer request is not returnable. All machines are industrial grade machines which request to be used under industrial enviomental facility such as warehouse as the machines need high electricity supply voltage, if you are intent to use in residential property, it's your liability to check whether your residential electricity supply meet the machine requirement, please check the requirement before you purchase. 

All custom made or the machine is altered from original status base on customer request is not returnable.

 

DOA Policy:

Because of our strict quality control procedure we are confident that your heat press/3d sublimation machine will be in full working order before it leaves our warehouse. From time to time, however, there are situations where a machine can be damaged in transit and not working when it arrives to you. In these situations we will happily to assist you to claim from shipping carrier, please note that all freight quote are not include insurance,  it's your option whether or not to buy insurance, normally freight insurance only cover the damage cause not working, and not cover marring, chipping, scratching, denting, please contact us for detail before shipment.

 

Inks, Software and printer:

All ink, software and printer sales are final, All custom made or the machine is altered from original status base on customer request, they are NON-RETURNABLE items.

 

Requesting a return:

If you wish to return any item to DyeSublimationBlanks.com, please call us for return authorization. Our office hours are 8:30AM – 5:30PM Monday – Friday. We will not accept any item unless you have a valid Return Authorization number. The order number and authorization number must be listed on the return. Please allow 5 business days for credit to be applied to your credit card after receipt of the return. A 30% restocking fee will be applied less applicable shipping costs.


All products must be returned undamaged with any and all original manuals, registration cards, accessories etc. If a product is returned damaged or with missing items or altered in any way, we reserve the right to assess any additional fees up to the full value of the purchase, depending on the items damaged or missing. Clearance items are final sale items and no refunds are allowed. Returns will not be accepted without an employee issued return authorization (RA) number. Once a return has been authorized and return instructions provided to the customer, the items must be returned postmarked within 2 weeks. All packaged should be checked for any physical damage before signing or receiving the package. Notify the Fedex driver at the time of delivery if you notice any physical damage to the box. Products with damage delivered by Fedex, UPS or USPS shall be reported by the customer to the courier company and file claim accordingly to the courier company.  Please properly package and insure the item so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipping.

It is your responsibility to pack your order securely to insure no damage occurs during transit. Credit will not be issued on damaged material.
